Blockectomy is a casual game akin to Tetris. Blocks fall from the top of the screen and the player has to shoot them with the correctly colored balls. If the blocks stack too high, it’s game over. However, if you complete a row of blocks, they disappear and you get bonus points. The game took two weeks to write from scratch using no libraries. All art is procedurally generated except for the cannon and preloader.

The game was submitted on Newgrounds and Kongregrate. The Kongregate version was edited to integrate with their leaderboard system.
